MAPIR Portal Update: Payee Information Error

The portal is experiencing an error regarding payee information depicted in the screenshot below. When confirming where the incentive payment will be sent, the address appears wrong or populates the wrong location name or there is no location listed. The portal will be receiving a refresh for payee information. Participants in the meantime can follow the fixes below to understand what can be done next. 

Payee Information Fix
One work around is to check if the group/practice/clinic/individual NPI, Medicaid ID and address are all correct and submit the attestation. Please submit the attestation even if the location name is incorrect.

If the group/practice/clinic/individual NPI, Medicaid ID and address information is incorrect, verify the payee information entered at CMS and, if needed, modify the information with CMS. If the payee information is correct at the CMS level, please wait for the refresh to allow for payee changes.
