MAPIR Portal Update: 502 Server Error

Some participants are currently receiving the 502 error, displayed in the screen shot below, when attempting to attest to Program Year 2016 in the MAPIR system. To try to resolve this error, participants are urged to empty their browser cache (https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-clear-cache-2617980) or try using Google Chrome or the Safari web browser rather than Internet Explorer.
The Department is aware of the issue and is working with their Fiscal Agent to resolve it.
