All In: Data for Community Health National Meeting brings together stakeholders from around the country that are at the forefront of the movement to improve community health and whole-person wellness through multi-sector partnerships working to share data. The meeting will feature deed-dive workshops providing tools for tacking common challenges, inspiring plenary discussions with pioneers in the field, community breakout sessions sharing practical lessons and advice, and opportunities to network with those with similar interests.
