The Colorado QPP Coalition will make resources, training and technical assistance accessible to clinicians and their team via an organized multi-media educational campaign. 

The Coalition will utilize a dedicated web site to spotlight specific resources and information to help clinicians and their teams successfully transition to the QPP. Coalition partners will maintain an updated calendar of educational opportunities provided by Colorado experts.
