The Colorado Rural Health Center’s Annual Rural Health Forum is in its 20th year of service. The Forum provides an opportunity for Colorado’s 57 certified Rural Health Clinics (RHCs), rural clinics, and other rural providers and healthcare professionals interested in learning more about rural specific healthcare to convene, learn and network together.
