The Colorado Society for Post-acute and Long-term Care Medicine (formerly the Colorado Medical Directors Association) provides support and education for medical directors, providers, nursing home administrators and directors of nursing concerning the provision of long-term care. 

This in-person event will require proof of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination for all individuals participating in-person. A livestream option will be available.
