This year’s theme, “Wellness Starts Here,” is an attempt to solidify the notion that not only are we, behavioral health professionals, the best suited to spread wellness through our work in the community and with our clients, but to also reinforce this theme with our colleagues and co-workers. In practice, everyday, we must reinforce wellness through behavior modification and self care that happens at home and in the workplace.
