Channel 7NEWS aired a story about health information exchange on December 20th at 5:00 and 10:00 pm. The piece highlighted the work of Colorado doctors, hospitals and CORHIO to improve health care through the exchange of medical records. It tells the story through the perspective of a family with a teenaged boy who has complex medical conditions. The boy is a patient of Greenwood Pediatrics, which is featured in the story. Larry Wolk, MD, CEO of CORHIO and pediatrician at Rocky Mountain Youth Clinic, is also featured.
