The PatientCare 360® portal is now compatible with newer versions of Internet Explorer and other browsers.
We want to be sure you know that PatientCare 360 is now compatible with newer versions of the Internet Explorer web browser, as well as Firefox and Safari. The expanded browser compatibility was made possible by last month’s network upgrade and we are pleased to offer our HIE participants more flexibility with Internet browsers.
- Internet Explorer - in the past, we were only able to support version 9, and we now support versions 10 and 11. Internet Explorer version 9 is now four years old, so if you have been using that version for the primary purpose of using PatientCare 360, you may want to consider upgrading your organization’s computers to a newer version.
- Firefox - PatientCare 360 is also now compatible with the Mozilla Firefox browser, and in fact this is now the preferred browser for this tool. You can download Firefox here.
- Safari – the browser for Apple computers/devices is also compatible with PatientCare 360.
Please note, CORHIO does not recommend using Chrome to display PatientCare 360, as the data display can be inconsistent.
If you have questions about how to use PatientCare 360, or supported Internet browsers, please contact the CORHIO Help Desk at helpdesk@corhio.org or 720-285-3277. For helpful training videos and documents on the upgraded PatientCare 360 portal, see the Upgrade page.
Note: We recommend that you consult with your organization’s IT department before downloading any software online or changing your computer’s web browser.
