Rural healthcare system now sending ADT data to CORHIO's PatientCare 360

Middle Park Health, a rural healthcare system with hospitals and clinics in Granby, Kremmling, Winter Park, Grand Lake and Walden, recently went live with a project to provide admission, discharge and transfer (ADT) data through the CORHIO network. The data from their Granby and Kremmling locations is now available through CORHIO’s PatientCare 360® service.

Receiving ADT data from Middle Park Health’s facilities in rural Colorado will be helpful for healthcare providers throughout the state.

The service is part of an agreement with Centura Health that gives their partners the ability to send data to CORHIO with no additional fees.

Connecting with the world
Established in 1933 in Kremmling, Middle Park Health also went live with CORHIO’s PatientCare 360 service earlier this year.

“We look forward to having the use of PatientCare 360 at our fingertips,” says Kayla Ray, MSHCT, BSN, RN, Director of Quality/Risk/Infection Prevention at Middle Park Health. “We care for our local rural community members as well as travelers from all around the world. Having access to this resource through the CORHIO network will benefit our practitioners and our patients by giving them access to pertinent information allowing us to provide high quality care and live out our continued mission to ‘Keep Life Grand.’”

The next phase of Middle Park Health’s implementation effort with CORHIO will focus on providing radiology, pathology, transcription and lab results to the HIE, giving healthcare providers throughout the state even more robust data to inform clinical decisions.
